Business Development Manager

We are looking for talent who based in Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia talent for the position of Business Development Manager for Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia market in TIC (Testing, inspection and certification) section.
Job Description:

Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
Developing and implementing strategic business plan and marketing plan for respective business fields;
Research and identify new business opportunities including new growth areas, market trends, customers, partnerships, and services in SEA (Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia);
Foster and develop relationships with customers;
Enable business of international buyers;
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers;
Maintain accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to Sales and Marketing Manager;
Conduct market research, information analysis and consolidation for business development projects;
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or online;

At least 5 years’ experience in the area of business development;
At least 5 years’ experience working for testing service provider;
Sufficient territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Understanding of the competitive TIC landscape in Vietnam;

Good communicate in English at work
Customer oriented attitude, strong selling and negotiation skills;
Good interpersonal and organization skills;
Be able to work in a multi- cultural / multi- national environment.
