Business Development Manager

Following industry trends locally and internationally.
Developing growth strategies and plans of a new business division in an offshore staffing/outsourcing company.
Drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines.
Preparing detailed business proposals, presenting them and negotiating with stakeholders.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Researching and increasing both client and contractor base.
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
Having an in- depth knowledge of our service proposition, ability to explain and promote it to various stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sourcing in manufacturing of consumer goods or packaging in Vietnam (preferably South region).
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Exceptional communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate best conditions from factories.
• Experience with technical packaging design and knowledge of the manufacturing process and workflow.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
• Experience working to and exceeding targets.
• Education degree preference: Business Development, Economics or Finance, Marketing
