RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Strategic Development & Execution
Translate strategies into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Work directly with the BOD to develop growth plans and monitor key results;
Design and implement scalable B2B models (corporate packages, service collaborations, relationship frameworks);
Identify business opportunities and lead end- to- end partnership processes- from prospecting to contract signing;
Build and execute national B2B strategies aligned with company objectives;
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long- term engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing solutions;
Actively approach and negotiate with potential corporate clients (companies, offices, organizations, real estate, schools, etc.);
Team Leadership & Performance
Foster a results- driven, customer- oriented culture.
Build, lead, and coach the BD team across regions;
Empower the team with clear direction, motivation, and operational support;
Market Insight & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
Represent bTaskee at key networking and business events nationwide.
Provide strategic insights and regular performance reports to the BOD;
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven track record in both strategy creation and execution- not just planning but delivering results;
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, executional, and leadership capabilities;
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leader role;
Have a personal laptop.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English proficiency required);
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus);
Self- driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment;
Willingness to travel nationwide when needed;
Experience in corporate services, facilities management, or tech- service platforms is highly valued;
