Business Development Manager

· Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners on the company&039;s services and capabilities.
· Some other jobs and duties as assigned by the BD Director of the company.
· Foster and develop relationships with new and existing Blue- Chip clients.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company&039;s services and capabilities.
· Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.
· Prepares necessary sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Maintain up- to- date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other programs as needed.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.

· 02+ years of work experience according to the Job Description (working in Logistics industry is an advantage)
· Report and analytical skills
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
· English fluently (Chinese is a plus)
