Sales Planning
Acquire & develop new clients through identifying, pitching, and activating clients to achieve sales targets.
Develop client’s ability to grow their business through selling MVC’s solutions, by jointly developing short and long term strategic plans.
Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
Sales Execution
Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Effectively manage the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.).
Optimization
Share constructive feedback to management team to continuously improve the BD process.
Support CEO to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.).
Qualifications
Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills.
Having knowledge of website development and e- commerce is a plus.
Minimum of 2- 3 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments with at least 1 year as lead/management level, preferred experience in the digital marketing agency field.
Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
Driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
Strong problem solving and research skills- Strong relationship and networking skills.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
Strong client service mindset, always put the client first.
Working hours
Monday to Friday: From 09:00 to 18:00.
Saturday: From 09:00 to 12:00.
