Our client, Crastonic, expanding from Japan to Dubai, Autralia, USA and now Vietnam, is a next- gen digital product creator for business, project and operation teams.
Crastonic team simplify new technologies (blockchain, web3, artificial intelligence) to help innovate business ideas, automate operational processes and scale up strategic business functions or new business models.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in HCMC to play the key role in launching our digital products in the USA to help SMEs there innovate and automate. To do it, you will collaborate with our Web3 experts working globally.Products: Tech,Apps, B2B, Saas.● Market insights: identify potential business in America&039;s SME and estimate its market size.
● Sales activities: briefing gathering, internal debriefing, delivery planning, quotation creation, pitching, presentation and sales. These activities can be cascaded to the Sales team in the future.
● Business development: develop & control sales pipeline, checkpoints, KPIs and materials for sales operation
● Business opportunities establishment: engage with potential B2B customers to convert them into customers.
● Customer insights: customer segmentation and insights research, analysis and understanding.
● Business development report: make internal research of markets and customers trends, competition, risks.
● Prepare business plan & simulate budget and turn those into proposal materials for formal corporate clients

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge & Experiences
● Business Development /Account Management experience with proof of work (commissioned contracts / projects)
● Knowledge/understanding/exposure to America’s locales, certain regions, SME businesses or similar.
● Minimum 4- year experience in SasS, B2B Solution Sales, using Inside sales (Telesales) method
● Knowledge of Web- 3, Blockchain (highly advantageous but not compulsory)
Skills
● Able to read, research and write internal market research, customers trends, competition and risks.
● Professional English communication skill (story- telling & of coaching vibe) with clarity via Conference Video Call.
● Strong interpersonal skills to identify & verbalize the needs and wants of SMEs customers in the USA markets.
● Good presentation slideshow & video- making skills that enable customers to capture information easily
● Telesales (inside sales) skills to English- speaking customers
● Good at pitching & closing sales
● Good logic and common sense to quickly adopt new business concept internally and from customers&039; POV
● Prepare business plans plan & simulate budget and turn those into proposal materials
