- Make daily/ weekly/ monthly report for performance of department.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- In charge of recruiting, training, coaching for team members.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

- Strong communication skills.
- Having an in- depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
- Have experience working for Digital Agencies, Marketing Platform, FMCG companies, Finance companies
- At least 5 years in doing B2B business in manager role.
- Having experience of working with C- level, building good relationship with high level
- Expert in communication and negotiation skill.
- General and logical problem analysis.
- Good knowledge about Digital Marketing
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
- English: Intermediate

13th month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations
