** Job Summary:
In this role, the Business Development Director will be responsible for developing new business to grow market share to meet sales target, increasing revenue, using the budget efficiently, training and developing staff, improving the quality of customers service according to the company’s plan.
** Main Responsibilities:
• Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
• Prepare proposals, negotiating contractual agreements, in accordance with legislation and regulations, contractual agreements, within the framework of risk analysis.
• Report regularly to the Business Development Director on the progress of marketing plans and account management.
• Establish, develop and maintain good internal and external contacts.
• Analysis the cases to find the way how to submit the proposals, convince clients and win the projects.
• Organize client events, create internal and external networking.
• Do customer after- sales service and settle all complains from clients.
• Work to develop a pipeline of project opportunities to achieve sales levels at to be agreed targets.
• Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client. In charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase company&039;s awareness on the strategy markets.
• Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing company capability and services.

Language:
• Good English communication.
Related experiences:
• Good analytical ability, team- work.
• Self motivated and demonstrates initiative.
• Willing to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet with clients
• Can work unsupervised, under pressure and meet timelines.
• Good sales skills and good knowledge of the market.
• At least 5 years working experience at the same level, priority is given to candidates with experience & knowledge in renewable energy, B2B, project sales….
