BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR PURCOTTON BRAND

A wonderful opportunity for Sales/ Business Development talent who wants to work as a start- up with tons of support, good idea and best practices from our biggest market

Establish, review and analyze product pricing structure
Develop channel development plan with distributor(s), perform product presentations to potential wholesalers & retailers
Define right product assortment by channel together with regional marketing and HQ product team
Work closely with HQ’s functional groups to ensure full compliance of corporate policies and procedures at country level
Review and improve a good go- to- market model in Vietnam, work closely with our distributors in Vietnam
Supervise the execution of the promotion plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of approved budgets
Own and being fully responsible for the P&L of Vietnam market
Develop, recommend, and gain Management approval of the annual business plans

Ideally s/he possesses

Hands- on experience with beauty, pharmacies & baby- care chains is a plus
Has experience in dealing with national and local key accounts/ modern trade
Has experience in managing distributors independently
A bachelor degree, and 8 years of solid experience in sales and business development, preferably from FMCG (esp. paper tissue, wet wipe, sanitary napkin), beauty (facial cleansing), or baby- care category, with minimum 2 of it at managerial position

Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin
Have strong people and negotiation skills, able to deal effectively with all parties to execute the sales and marketing plans

Flexible working hours and can 100% WFH as long as results are delivered
