SummaryThis role focuses on expanding our business with major retailers and driving strategic growth in the B2B hardlines segment. The ideal candidate has hands- on experience managing large retail accounts, a strong understanding of retail buying cycles, and a proven track record of winning new business with top- tier retailers.Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with major retailers (US and EU region)- Build, strengthen, and manage long- term relationships with key retail buyers, category managers, and sourcing teams.- Conduct in- depth market and competitor analysis to anticipate retailer needs and industry trends.- Prepare customized pitches, product presentations, and line reviews tailored to each retailer’s requirements.- Lead negotiations on pricing, programs, packaging, and timelines to achieve profitable growth.- Meet and exceed annual sales, margin, and business development targets.- Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, product development, costing, operations, and sampling) to deliver retailer- specific solutions and ensure on- time program execution.- Provide high- level customer service, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
