Mô tả công việc

▪ Develop and drive business strategies / marketing campaigns (exhibitions / seminars) that build aftermarket growth within the Company’s goals
▪ Travel to project sites and regular customer meetings.
▪ Identify aftermarket sales opportunities with existing customers through customer meetings, active prospecting, and participation in key industry events.
▪ Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
▪ Work in conjunction with the (direct / online) sales team as key technical advisor,
▪ Promote the sale of the company’s products and services through distributor networks,direct to customers, operators / consultants, and other channels as appropriate.
▪ Under the direction of BOD, key focus is to maintain ownership of aftermarket salesactivities for assigned market/geographic segment and customer accounts.
identifying and providing reliable solutions to assure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
▪ Utilize technical knowledge, processes, computerized and non- computerized tools to
assess the potential business opportunities of the company’s products and resources to meet customer needs.
▪ Develop technical offers for engineered products, including, but not limited to, cost estimates, energy analysis, drawings, specifications, and other information as requested
by the customers.
▪ Contribute to the following areas: Sales, Order Management, Purchasing, ServiceDelivery Management & others by BOD.
▪ Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Board of Management to support company objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge & Working experiences
▪ Proficient in document preparation and management, with a track record of maintaining organized and accurate records.
▪ 4- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aftermarket or related industries.
▪ Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identifyopportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
▪ Demonstrated ability to create, build, and maintain strong business relationships with customers and partners.
Foreign Language & Computer Skills
▪ Strong ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to problem- solving.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
▪ Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and influencing others.
▪ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex business ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
▪ Fluent in communication in English (writing and speaking).
▪ Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
▪ Demonstrated problem sensitivity and the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
▪ Dynamic, creative, and adaptable to working under pressure to achieve sales targets and business objectives
