Business Development Manager (Industrial Park; Language China/Japan/Korean)

Training business developers and sales colleagues such as collaboration with partners to perform merchandising, product transaction, product information, cost and sale policy, brokerage fees, solving client’s complaints… Updating market research regularly, producing reports for management by weekly/monthly.
Working place depends on arrangement.
Attending event such as exhibitions and conferences.
Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
Meeting existing and potential clients and buiding positive relationships.
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
Creating development plans and forcasting sales targets and growth projections following by monthly/quarterly/yearly.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement business and marketing programs from the products to the partners.
Preparing sales presentation and participating in sales meetings.

Undergraduate degree in Business Development, Economic – Finance, Law, Construct, Project Management.
3 years experienced in equivalent position especially major in investment consultant, business B2B, B2G, industrial real estate, logistics.
Good IT skills.
Acknowledgement of real estate’s laws, logistics and customers services.
