Business Development Manager (IT Company)

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Communicate with technical team to create proposal for new project
Develop and budget business plans (solutions, team, costs, revenue, KPIs) suitable for the company&039;s products and services, ensuring alignment with the board of directors.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Willingness to travel as per schedule or on short notice.
Manage both personal and departmental KPIs.
Ability to create presentations and deliver pitches to clients and audiences.
Execute customer acquisition and expansion in APAC, Middle East, EU markets.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development in software development, digital transformation, or IT product business.
Provide advice to the board of directors and development team on product features and alignment with market trends.
Proficiency in business English, effective communication with customers both online and offline.

Preferred:

Candidates with equivalent positions in large IT companies.
Knowledge of emerging technology platforms: Blockchain, AI, Low- code, ERP/CRM.
Proactive, ambitious, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and embrace challenges.
Understanding of the domestic IT market and APAC, Middle East, EU regions.
Candidates with international study or living experience.
