We are looking for a great and proficient
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
You will focus to:

Work closely with the marketing team to createtargeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers in client organizations, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Identifynew business opportunities and potential clients,developing effective strategies to target and engage with them.
Coordinate and participate in industry events,conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with the internalteam to developproposals, presentations, and customized solutions that address client requirements and showcase the company&039;s expertise.
Continuously monitor industry trendsand competitors, gatheringmarket intelligence to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provideregular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor&039;s degreein Business, IT, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team, with a strongsense of initiative and self- motivation.
In- depthunderstanding of different outsourcing models, such as staff augmentation, projects- based outsourcing, and managed services, and the ability to recommend the most suitable model for clients based on their needs.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and closingdeals with clientsin IT outsourcing industry.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills,with a consultative selling approach.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapportand trust with clients and stakeholders.
At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of securing at least one IT outsourcing project.
