Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new investment opportunities/or businesses that align with the Company’s growth strategies/directions. The responsibilities include:

Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnership and negotiating the deals.
Assist the Business Units to implement the new business as approved by the Company.
Searching and evaluating potential business ventures, conducting market analysis, new business/investment appraisal, and presenting the proposals to internal stakeholders for investment review and approval

Monitor the Company’s new investment/business portfolio and report to the Boards about new investment/new business development performance.
Collaborate with internal teams including finance, legal and executive leadership, to gain approvals and support for proposed business ventures.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industrial stakeholders, and key- decision markers.
Lead due diligence processes, collaborating with cross- functional teams to assess legal, financial, and operational aspects of potential investment partnerships.
Provide regular reports and analysis of business development activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and business ventures in alignment with the Company growth objectives.
Evaluate financial and strategic viability of identified opportunities, considering risks, returns and alignment with the Company goals.
Engage in negotiations with external parties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with the company’s interests.
Prepare comprehensive business proposal and presentations for internal review, outlining the benefits, risks, and potential impact of proposed opportunities.
