Business Development Manager (Logistics Field) cum Branch Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Business Development strategy based on company business strategy:
- Build up sales strategy for assigned customer/ area to achieve target of section.
- Keeping satisfaction of existing clients, and expanding scope of business with them.
- Overseas sales roles (WCA and JC Trans member).
- Develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Expand business scale with current customer. Create new business.
* Branch Manager:
- Oversees inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pricing (air freight, sea freight, trucking, warehouse, customs clearance) and deal with
- To manage and control operation activities of Branch.
- Leads, supports and improves operations.
vendors to get good rates to improve margin level
- Investigates, resolves and/or escalates customer service issues, as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education: Bachelor of in Business Administration/ Economics/ Foreign trade or Marketing/ Sea Transport Economics.
* Experience: At least 3- 5 years of experience in business development with experience as team leader or manager.
* Nationality: Vietnamese
* Skills:
- Excellent communication in English.
- Good Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good Time management and Planning skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics field, supply chain management.
- Customer focus mind- set.
