Hum Vietnam, a 100% local brand comprising multiple F&B ventures, boutique event spaces and retail stores is looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for driving growth, expanding our ecosystem, and enhancing the brand&039;s presence. You will be instrumental in establishing relationships with key partners, guests, and stakeholders to ensure the continued success of our brands, focusing on both brand reputation and guest experience.
ROLE SUMMARY:

Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to accelerate business goals and revenue objectives within our diverse ecosystem.
Guest Engagement: Implement robust and creative strategies for acquiring new guests, expanding our guest database, and enhancing guest relationships, leveraging tools like email marketing, guest relationship management platforms, guest service centers, and relevant workshops/events.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective annual strategies and promotional campaigns across the brands of the ecosystem.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Operation teams to plan, anticipate, and execute events, collaborations, and new item/products.
Community Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with guests, local media outlets, and the Food & Beverage community to anticipate food workshops and events. Represent the restaurant at local events and engage in community outreach within the Ho- re- ca sector.
Innovative Marketing: Generate unique, boutique marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with like- minded businesses and organizations to enhance our brand presence.
Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests, emphasizing quality and service excellence.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PERFORM THE ROLE:
Experience:

Alternatively, 3- 4 years of experience in client services within an advertising agency involving event organization and business consulting.
Minimum of 3- 4 years of proven success in business development, sales, or related roles within the hospitality industry; or

Operational Acumen: High operational IQ, including familiarity with the industry’s standards and procedures.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and strong people management skills.
Industry Knowledge: In- depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, cuisine culture, catering and events.
Innovative Mindset: Proactive with an innovative mindset for better business practices, identifying growth opportunities, and executing operational improvements.
Overall, a successful BDM for Hum Vietnam should possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth in a competitive market.
