Business Development Manager

Linkcom Network Technology Limited (Hong Kong) NEED a Business Development Manager (Travel Agency /Tour Company/ Banking) in HA NOI
• lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen;
• manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities;
• able to design a best negotiating strategies by considering the Pros and Cons, keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals
• reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals
• Fully responsible for activation amount and transaction volume for company VCC product；
• Understand local tourism market and tour industry chain, able to conduct market research and generate market strategy to reach company’s target;
• As the interface of company in local market, proactive in building company’s brand image in local market;

Excellent English in both oral and written, Chinese is a Plus;
Bachelor holder or above on Business/Finance/Marketing/Tourism administration is a premier;
Rich resources in in-bound/out-bound travel business, DMC, OTA platform, Banking industry is a “Plus” but not a must;
~ 3 years or above working experience in similar position, travel related business / OTA/ banking sector is a plus;
Good at Microsoft-Office suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc), Photoshop is a plus
Good skill for communicating, building-up relationship with different partners, pressure-resistant, target-oriented;
