As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities in the US market. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting BSS Commerce’s outsourcing and custom software development services. You will be responsible for preparing sales materials, documents, and proposals to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients in the US market.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in the US region.
Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and networking.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase BSS Commerce’s services.
Sales Material Preparation:
Prepare and customize sales materials, including proposals, case studies, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure materials are accurate and compelling.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long- term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of the sales process.
Language and Communication:
Utilize professional English communication skills to engage with clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Requirements
Proactive, self- motivated, and target- driven mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Proven at least 3- year experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT outsourcing or software development industry.
Strong understanding of the US market and business culture.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
