Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Lead high- level client meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations.
Build and nurture long- term partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through strategic consultation and service excellence.
Market Expansion & Innovation
Drive the development of innovative, tailored solutions for new business prospects.
Champion new services or verticals that align with CREASIA’s vision and market opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
Leadership & Team Development
Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
Lead and mentor a high- performing business development and account team.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking
Establish alliances with agencies, technology partners, and strategic collaborators.
Build brand reputation and visibility in the marketing and retail landscape.
Represent CREASIA at key industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Strong track record in FMCG, agency services, field marketing, or B2B solutions.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
High level of leadership, influence, and team motivation.
Visionary and strategic thinking with a passion for business growth.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; strong communication in both written and verbal forms.
Strong understanding of market development, brand activation, and integrated marketinG solutions.
