Business Development Manager

Business Development: maintain and expand relationships with key publishers in Vietnam:
Propose format and testing performances for main format.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Engage with potential partners to expand regional presence.
Project Management: Incharge of P&L, operating, optimizing operation:
Create and manage the objectives and strategies of the Team.
Maintain regular communication with Publisher and Partner teams to report on progress and needed adjustments.
Quickly assess and identify favourable operating models.
Community Engagement:
Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.
Build relationships with Publisher, Partner.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Generate reports that highlight successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Daily report with internal team; Report with BOD about performances and results.
Team Development:
Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation for continuous growth.
Cooperate with Account & IT to build a strong format, fix technique errors
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive understanding of market trends, network of publishers in Vietnam and competitive landscape in the region, familiar with Google’s ecosystem (GAM/DFP, DV360, …) & data set up platform.
Proven experience in business development and project management; strong financial acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
