Business Development Project Manager

Job Description:

Building new business model and financial model (50%)
Preparing the feasibility study report for new concepts and new business sectors to confirm any opportunities.
Act as Project Management for new concepts/business sectors until launching.
Building business model and financial model for new concepts or new business sectors.
Business performance review (30%)
Running business performance review monthly or quaterly for each concept and each business model.
Point out any findings driving low performance, in term of menu, cost, etc…
Market research (20%)
Proactive in looking for opportunities to expand the company’s business and improve profit, including studying the trends of market and developing plans based on the current market scenario as Competitor Analysis in restaurant business, Market Entry strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Planning.
Full understanding on business transaction as franchising, joint- venture,…

Requirements:

Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking. Master is preferable.
Creativity and innovative thinking in order to develop new business plans.
Excellent analytic and logical thinking.
Good at team working and leadership.
At least 7 years working in similar areas (Business Development/Financial Analyst/Financial Controller/Investment Analyst/…)
PowerBI/Data Visualization is preferred.
Advanced in MS Office. Owned theory and model is another strength.
Good at English and communication skills.
Excellent decision making.
Experience in business development in F&B or good knowledge about the market scenario is key strength.
Keen observation skills in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and develop plans accordingly.
