Business Development Specialist (Market Research)

Location: DAEWOO E&C VINA, Lot C1CC2, the Central Area of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
Identifying new investment opportunities by establishing strong relationships, partnerships and thorough feasibility studies, due diligence :

Compile information on potential investment opportunities received from supervisor/other teams.Enhance policies, process, reports & provide consultation from business development point of view to business leaders :Develop & maintain the information, document system (key economic status / outlook, industrial park trends & key factors, business growth opportunities) to support the investment decisionsDeliver other task as assigned from superiorsBuilding up a high-performing organization :Proactively looks for growth opportunities to enhance individual&039;s capabilities Provide feedback & suggestions to build up a safe, healthy, and positive work environmentEnsure good interaction relationship, communication, and collaboration between departments and project sitesDeliver other task as assigned from superiors
Support the searching for potential land banks, investment opportunities aligned with the approved investment direction & market needs

Qualifications and working experiences:
To make outlook of the IPs and relevant industry
At least 5 years of broad, multi-disciplined experience in investment, research & industrial park market - the company in the field of industrial park development is highly preferable
Personal skills and abilities
To do Market research of Ready built factory and warehouse in specific location
Good analytical and reporting skills
Good research & reporting skills, can deal with various topics
To research and analyze the market practice - marketing - related / the market practice - cost - related
Good understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.
To understand market practice on IPs such as legal bases for investor, IPs development procedure, construction plan, getting the IPA, IRC, ERC, the establishment of IPs, LURC, land clearance, allocation procedures, construction procedure, investment incentives
To analyze the investment environment of subjected project
Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning / Investment / Finance / Economics / Architecture or other related major
Must have hands-on full experience in industrial park development and investment project lifecycle
Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Power Point, Excel) is highly preferable
Fluent in English
To understand the Feasibility study report, due diligence report for life cycle of the IP development
