We are seeking a highly motivated and results- oriented (Senior) Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships with enterprise merchants in Vietnam. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
What you will working on:

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs, pain points, and opportunities for collaboration.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to engage with enterprise merchants, increase market penetration, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, operations and engineering team, to ensure successful onboarding and integration onto the Fundiin platform.
Negotiate partnership agreements with enterprise merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the management tea
Present Fundiin&039;s value proposition to merchants, showcasing the benefits of integrating BNPL solutions into their businesses.
Identify and target potential merchants in Vietnam, focusing on key industries such as retail, and e- commerce.

Yêu cầu công việc

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform business development strategies.
Results- driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions effectively.
Strong networking and relationship- building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with enterprise merchants at various levels.
Be smart, hungry, and focused
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, startup environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
From 2 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
