- Promote Smart Lighting Systems and IOT solutions to Architect M&E Contractors, Lighting Consultants, Owners and Investors.
- To detect and follow up on projects, provide technical support and commercial proposals
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- To actively gather market and key competitors’ information
- Reviewing clients&039; feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- To formulate and implement actions to strengthen customer relationships.

- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Possess own transport will be advantageous.
- Good literacy in English (C level up)
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Resourceful, outgoing and a team player.
- Great networking skills.
- Knowledge in Lighting systems will be advantageous
- Strong presentation and inter- personal relationship skills
- Minimum 2 years in sales experience.
- Neat, well- groomed appearance.
- Good knowledge in computer. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good contacts with Owner, Developer, M&E consultants and Contractors are a definite advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
