Purpose Support the commercial growth of assigned small to mid- sized brands within M- Commerce. Own P&L responsibility for these brands, managing daily sales, promotions, and platform relationships, while ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and manage the category operations team to ensure sales strategies and purchasing forecasts align with sales demand.
Category Strategy & Direction
Source and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet pricing and product quality requirements.
Manage internal reports related to inventory, discounts, and competitive pricing in the market to ensure effective category profitability control.
Supplier Management
Build strategic direction for product categories to be sold on E- commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, and Affiliate Marketing).
Manage revenue and profitability, and resolve arising business issues.
Manage discount structures and consolidate supporting documents for reporting to brands/suppliers to recover discount receivables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Conversational Chinese proficiency.
At least 1 year of management experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking.
Solid skills in category management, sales management, and supplier management (evaluation, contract/terms optimization, relationship maintenance).
Good understanding of data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
Strong knowledge of product and sales management in Home Appliances and Kitchen Equipment categories.
