KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Timekeeping & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and supervise the timekeeping system to ensure compliance with the company’s working hours and internal regulations regarding punctuality and attendance.
- Administer leave entitlements, including paid leave, compensatory time off, overtime, and other leave types, in accordance with company policies.
Payroll Administration:
- Calculate and process monthly salaries, bonuses, and other benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution, including special bonuses for holidays and festivals.
- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for salary payments, performance bonuses, and other financial incentives.
Record Keeping & Documentation:
- Organize and maintain accurate records of employee salaries, wage adjustment requests,
resignation/termination paperwork, and other compensation- related documents.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits records are kept up- to- date and compliant with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Policy Development & Proposal:
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of company policies regarding compensation, benefits, and employee rewards.
- Proposed enhancements to existing policies related to salary structures, bonuses, and other welfare benefits, ensuring they align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Social Security & Insurance Management:
- Advise employees on their social security and health insurance rights, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with the Social Insurance Authority to ensure that all required documentation and contributions are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor and update employee social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance records.
Tax Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit quarterly personal income tax (PIT) reports, and conduct annual personal income tax reconciliation.
- Maintain a list of employees subject to PIT, prepare tax invoices, and assist employees with the tax filing process as necessary.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and social insurance policies to ensure that the company’s
compensation and benefits practices remain in compliance with current regulations.
- Update and amend company policies and benefits packages as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements.
Employee Exit & Severance:
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork related to employee separation (e.g., final pay, benefits, and severance) is processed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the exit procedures for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the resignation or termination process.
Employee Inquiries & Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policies, providing clear and accurate information.
- Address any concerns or disputes related to payroll, benefits, or leave management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good conversational English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Good understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax Law.
- Have at least 1.5 years of experience in a C&B staff position, or equivalent positions.
