C&B Specialist

HR Information System (HRIS) Management:

Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support decision- making processes.
Export data employee for relevant team.
Maintain Masterfile by excel to double check
Collaborate with vendor to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Labor Contract Administration:

Prepare, review, and manage labor contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Track contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring timely processing.

Data Employee Records Management:

Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding employee records.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Compliance and Reporting:

Maintain and support update on changes for Compliance documents.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders.

HR Project Support:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather data and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, such as policy updates, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

Ad- hocs: Responsible for handling ad- hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge in labor laws and HR compliance.
3+ years of experience in HR operations focus on C&B.
Good in MS Office, proficiency in HRIS.
Interested in working in a fast- paced environment and skilled at managing pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
