Café Operation Manager (Salary 20 - 30M)

· Strictly monitor the costs at each café every week to identify and minimize unnecessary wastage.
· To provide product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
· Monitor and supervise on- the- job training as per training guidelines and procedures.
· To identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
· Managing cafe compliance to Joma standard operating procedures (i.e., recipes, training, cleaning, inventory/ordering, etc.)
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans
· Functioned as the project manager for opening new cafes. Manage any physical upgrades, externally or internally at Joma locations.
· Lead by example and apply Joma’s management philosophy (“Gentle but firm”) and core values.
· Any other responsibilities as delegated by the General Director, as appropriate.
· Responsible for the overall management of Joma cafes by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly.
· Constantly monitor and encourage staff development (both technical skills and soft skills) through training and teambuilding exercises

· 5+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality industry.
· 3+ years of management experience at the same level
· Have a broad knowledge of bakery, baked goods, and cakes.
· Bachelor&039;s degree or professional qualifications.
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
· Experience in hospitality training and/or vocational training is a plus
