Job Summary
Bartender reports directly to the F&B Coach and Wink experience manager and works closely with the Wink Space team in order to provide cross – functional support.
Bartender is generally responsible for executing the Bar operations at Wink property. Additionally, Bartender’ focusses are including performing the inventory count, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. This role is also providing cross – functional support to the Wink Space team to fulfill the service flow.
We are seeking a professional, charismatic, and knowledgeable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by crafting high- quality beverages, maintaining a chic and sleek bar environment, and embodying the essence of our bar concept.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly yet professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stylish bar area that reflects our brand identity.
Stay updated on current drink trends and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus.
Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.

Proven experience as a bartender in a high- end or concept- driven bar.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Over 02 year’s experience in service industry related work, preferably with pre- opening experience with F&B background is ideal
Ability to easily connect and provide a warm (first) contact for our guests, continuously making it personal at every interaction
Ability anticipate problems and offer solutions; provide high level of attention to detail
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
Diploma in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, or related field is suggested but not required
