Cards Operations Specialist

Working with departments, Card Organizations and partner bank to solve complaints/inquiries and handle relevant tasks:

Manage billing disputes (chargebacks) related to credit card.
Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware.
Process payment invoices with partners.
Follow- up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it.
Interact with customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing mattes.
Develop and execute the knowledge and skill about system operation for driving business.
Make sure all requests from Customer are solved within SLA.
Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.
Keep tracking of reconcile process of money of payment transaction.
Response to implement new rule, systems, products, services, and operation of company, to new partners and players in the payment industry.

Participate company projects to develop of product, process and system

Support in reviewing processes, procedures, card products; propose initiatives, changes to improve card transactions management​.
Participate and test new product related to new development product/function.

Others:

Other related duties requested by line manager.

Customer- oriented, opened, proactive and supportive.
Communication skills, good customer service skills
At least 01 year experiences in Card operations/ Cards Hotline/ Inbound.
Have knowledge about chargeback disputes of Cards, credit card system and processes.
Experience in dealing with other Partners, Financial Institutions and Card Organization is a big plus
