We support our colleagues in the Group by solving their incidents or requests that support their work. As the Cellule Tiers position, you will help to create and manage the vendor’s information in SAP.
Job Description

Get in touch with users to collect/ clarify information to complete their request.
Follow the Third- party Centralized Unit team mailbox and respond to users.
Create, modify master data of vendor, sub- contract in the third- party repository of SAP.
Check the validity of the third- party information and correct errors if necessary.

Job Requirements

Excellent English (writing and speaking).
Competent at office software, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
French mandatory.
Understanding of spelling and syntax.
Understanding of the navigation in SAP ECC is a big advantage.
