Kids&Us was founded in Manresa, Barcelona, in 2003. Responsibilities:
School Operations Management:
Manage and control the inventory and facilities of the school including materials and stationaries.
Schedule the school classes and student community activities following the Kid&Us headquarter guidelines.
Manage the onboarding of new students in compliance with the school procedures.
Manage the teachers schedules to cover all classes, community activities, internal events and demo classes.
Academic management:
Manage and execute the Kids&Us academic procedures.
Participate in the teacher selection process.
Implement all corrective measures requested from Kids&Us Vietnam Academic Management in compliance to Kids&Us standards.
Make requests for teachers’ reinforcement trainings to the Academic Management.
Customer experiences management and commercial support:
Develop a close relationship and high level of trust with customers by following the parent- teacher communication protocol of the school.
Ensure compliance to Kids&Us English- only environment is respected by all staff while communicating with the students of the school.
Be accountable for all interactions with parents at the school to ensure parents and students satisfaction, resolve issues that emerge.
Work in close collaboration with the commercial function and provide full support to drive customer retention and student referrals.
People engagement and development:
Ensure compliance to the organization’s training programs and policies.
Drive the engagement level in the team and stimulate high morale in the school.
Manage and evaluate the performance of the services team of the school.
