Plan & Management
· Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices
· Manage and coach the training team to deliver training activities effectively.
· Plan and manage effectively training budget
· Work with brand (Kubo, Come Home and others coming brands) and Shared service (Logistics, Merchandise, Store Design & Brand Development, Finance) in developing training activities, initiatives and plan to deliver business needs
Training Activities
· Develop a Learning Management System & Career Path to keep track and manage employee&039;s growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development.
· E- learning Platform Management, develop learning contents and follow up activities on e- learning platform, keep it updated and interactive.
· Prepare and conduct training & follow up within required timeline.
· Monthly reporting and Analysis
· Develop a training curriculum and annual training plan (including soft skills and English training for all levels) based on business needs and learning need analysis
· Coordinate in developing an in- house Trainer pool to deliver in- house programs
· Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design & delivery, action plan follow up, evaluation, measurement, etc
· Periodically review and update onboard program to enhance effective new hires orientation
· Build training procedures, manual and policies to enhance training quality.
· Provide training programs to support performance management, including performance system and process awareness, feedback & coaching training, etc
Development Activities
· Coordinate in designing & delivering talent development solutions to different talent groups
Employee Engagement activities
· Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement
· Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication to promote employee satisfaction & increase levels of employee engagement.
Employer Branding
· Work with relevant stakeholders to create innovative, aspirational, and relevant content for our target audiences on different platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
· Other tasks assigned by Managers.
· Implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP to drive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees for Home&Entertainment
· Monthly reporting and Analysis
· Encourage employee to be the employee ambassador.
· Monitor performance indicators achieved from communication activities on social media platforms and propose ideas to accelerate outcome.
