GENERAL INFORMATION

Level: Manager
Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Position: Chief Accountant
Working time:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00.
Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00.
Probation: 2 months (85% gross salary).
Industry: Logistics, ship agent and Trading
Bonus, incentives, benefits: According to Labor Law.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

(We prioritize candidates with experience in the field of international and domestic freight forwarding, shipping agency, and maritime services)
Reconcile detailed and aggregated data between departments, branches, and headquarters.
Manage reports according to tax policies and accounting regimes as prescribed by law.
Concurrently manage the company&039;s human resources and administration.
Ensure accounting transactions are accurately and fully accounted for the operations of the company and its branches and affiliates.
Detailed work will be discussed during the interview.
Analyze the financial situation of the Company, provide cash flow forecasts, and appropriate solutions for the Board of Directors.
Monitor and control costs and payments related to logistics activities, shipping agencies, and other commercial and service activities.
Manage accounting books, periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) according to accounting standards and legal regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Priority for women from 30- 40 years old.
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant
Fluent in English.
Understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and current tax regulations.
Have a chief accountant certificate according to the provisions of law.
Know the company&039;s work process.
Careful, patient, honest and having a sense of responsibility high in work.
Gender: Male/Female
Graduated from University or higher in accounting, auditing, and finance.
