Chief Accountant

• To Coordinate with accountants to review closing analysis for revenue, cost, and balance sheet items• To prepare a full package of monthly reports for manager to review• To support financial planning, rolling forecast, and budget preparation.• To upload, review, and maintain reporting data into the reporting system.• To work with auditors external & internal• Coordinate with AR & AP accountants to report cash flow and make the payment plan• Calculate and make the payroll monthly.• Prepare and make the VAT and PIT declaration.• Register increase or decrease employees on the IVAN.• Prepare and make the labor contract for employees.• Meet deadlines, high accuracy, and high security for the data.• Comply with regulations of Tax and other local authorities.• Other tasks assigned by Director from time to time.

• Minimum 3 years&039; full sets of accounting experience, including AR, AP, GL, Tax, and monthly closing• Able to handle HR tasks like:- Payroll, PIT declaration, and Social Insurance calculation/submission• Able to handle TAX declaration and liaise with TAX Authority• Able to handle Admin tasks.• Good in accounting fieldwork, review, and checking• Supervisory experience is a plus• Experience in Logistics company will be an advantage• A self- starter who can plan, organize, and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently• Can- do attitude, driven and passionate about work• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Korean• Careful, honest, agile, and able to work under high pressure.
