● US Market Experience: Experience implementing SaaS in the US market (requirement)
● Age: 35- 50
● Minimum 4+ years in senior management (CTO, VP Engineering)

● CRM Knowledge: Experience with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
● Tech Stack Proficiency: Angular, Java, AWS, Microservices architecture
● AI/ML Experience: Experience deploying production- grade AI/ML solutions with real- world data
● Technical Breadth: Experience with web/mobile, backend systems, data pipelines
● Real- time Systems: Experience with real- time/near real- time systems (advantage)
Budget & Resource Management
● Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with software/hardware vendors
● Ability to optimize operational costs on AWS and cloud services
● Experience efficiently allocating resources across multiple parallel projects
● Experience managing technology budgets of $200,000+
● Ability to build business cases and ROI calculations for technology investments

● Ability to communicate complex technical vision and lead teams to execute

● Excellent technical team management skills, experience building and leading teams of 10+ people

Qualifications

- Perform periodic and irregular work reports at the request of the direct management and the Board of Directors.
- Make daily reports/weekly/monthly.
