Chuyên viên Digital Marketing/ Digital Marketing Executive

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, ROAS, engagement, bookings) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with trends in the hospitality industry and digital marketing innovations.
Execute email marketing campaigns targeting past guests, members, and potential clients.
Collaborate with the F&B, front office, and event teams to promote special offers, seasonal menus, events, or packages.
Manage and update the hotel/restaurant website with accurate, SEO- optimized content.
Work with the design team to develop visual assets (banners, reels, videos) that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
Improve organic search presence (SEO) and manage review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Booking.com).
Support photography and content creation for new dishes, rooms, events, and guest experiences.
Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and email newsletters tailored to the hospitality audience.

Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in hospitality, hotel, or F&B is a strong advantage.
Team player, proactive, and able to work in a fast- paced service- oriented environment.
Strong creative thinking with attention to detail in content and campaign planning.
Familiarity with hospitality booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, TripAdvisor) and their marketing features.
Good written and spoken English; ability to write marketing content in both English and Vietnamese is a plus.
