Lead and take responsibility for the quality of the Marketing team&039;s work.
• Develop branded materials as needed.
• Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth in sales and market share.
• Assist team in the preparation of new business materials.
• Proactively generate ways to advance the CISS’ brand in education industry publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising;
• Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of CISS;
• Participate in the ideation and development of communication plans.
• Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired message.
• Plan for the company&039;s digital channels, responsible for the quantity & quality of articles requested on: webiste, fanpage, social ads...
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Write PR articles for the company and the projects in charge.
• Set up KPIs/ goals for the staff and drive them to achieve the required results and goals.
• Responsible for the distribution and content of CISS electronic newsletter.
• Be the point of contact with CISS deliverables before they are published/ distributed ensuring all formatting, aesthetics and content are in- line with CISS standards and expectations.
• Define marketing direction for all Marketing and Design teams, including Content, Events, PR Communications and Designer.
• Mentor, motivate and build the Marketing and Design team which leads to clear plans and enhanced leadership.
• Measure, evaluate and report team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned which are in the best interest of CISS.
• Actively market and promote CISS news and project developments including formal press release distribution, article development, social media, etc.
