Infrastructure and Network Management:Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software systems.Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure a reliable and secure IT environment.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary IT equipment and services.
Helpdesk Support:Manage the school helpdesk, providing timely and effective support to end- users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.Develop and maintain a knowledge base to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
Training and Documentation:Develop and conduct training programs for end- users on relevant IT tools and systems.Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Team Leadership:Provide effective leadership to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct regular team meetings, set objectives, and monitor progress towards goals.Foster professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
Software Deployment: Guide clients through the planning, execution, and adoption of software solutions to enhance their business operations.
School System Management:Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the school&039;s information systems.Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all data and information systems.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions to enhance educational processes.
Data Management:Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.Manage data backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
Budget Management:Contribute to the development of the IT budget and ensure cost- effective use of resources.Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
