[CISS] Digital Marketing Executive

The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS- VN) operates three programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS- VN) consists of:

The Canadian International School (CIS) serving Kindergarten – Grade 12 students where the Ontario curriculum is taught. The IB Diploma Program is also offered to students in Grades 11 & 12.
The Canadian International School- Bilingual Program (BCIS) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, from kindergarten to Grade 12 and the ESL program which is tailored to meet the needs for English language fluency. BCIS also offers students with 2 pathways in secondary (from Grade 9 to Grade 12): MOET high school diploma or IGCSE for A Levels.
Canada- Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK): CVK’s philosophy encourage young students to be curious, capable and active citizens on a journey where the seeds are planted for a lifetime love of learning.

Responsibilities
· Research and acquire innovative new channels in creating leads
· Coordinate with agency to plan & execute SEO & SEM campaign for corporate website of different versions.
· Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments
· Manage the company’s CMS, coordinate with designer and developers in the process of developing and maintaining the corporate’s website.
· Develop content, style & layout for website content as well as other marketing & communications materials;
· Keep track of & analyse web performance; propose & implement changes if required.
· Create and maintain the omnichannel platform to nurture the funnel for better performance in sales.
· Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
· Cultivate and leverage network with digital/social influencers
· Manage customer inquiries on school website / school official social media channels
· Accountable for all content marketing initiatives for corporate website & social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.)

From 2 years’ experience with the same positon.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s degree in journalism/media/marketing or related majors;
Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage

** Working time: Monday to Friday and Saturday morning as per requested.
