Explore, capture the needs and desires of new reach- out or existing clients inquiring a new service.
Guide potential clients through the sales process, address objections, close the deal
Establish rapport with potential clients and nurture those relationships to build trust and facilitate conversions
Clearly communicate the benefits of the company&039;s products or services and tailor presentations to meet specific client needs through comprehension of operations procedures, industry knowledge, and understand the products and services, core values,... of Grace Skincare Clinic;
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process client experience at the clinic.
Support other tasks as required by Line Manager/BOD
Follow up, track the performance of conversion rate, feedback for improvement and suggestion of new ideas, services, marketing campaigns, etc.
5 days / week, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM from Monday – to Friday, 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM Saturday, Sunday. (1 day off and half a morning / week except Saturday, Sunday).

Graduation from College/University with related majors;
Strong desire to become an expert and work for an industry leader
Relationship Building: ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with clients
Strong analytical skills, ability to respond quickly to customers and understand customer needs (highest medical ethics- no closing sales).
Adaptability and Problem- Solving: ability to adapt to changing market conditions, deal with various types of clients and overcome challenges in the client acquisition process.
Proactive, responsible, and confident, and have a service mindset;
At least 1 year holding similar position e.g. Customer service or Consultant;Good Communication Skills: VN- EN verbal and written skills are required (about 40% clients are English- speaking)
Preference will be given to those with:
Sales Skills: familiar with sales techniques: lead qualifying, need assessment, sales presentation, closing deals.
Knowledge and experience in dermatology or the medical industry
