Position Objective
The Commercial Leader is responsible for driving commercial growth by collaborating with brand teams to deploy products, organizing sales execution on existing platform channels, expanding new product categories, and implementing integrated sales, payment, and commercial solutions to increase revenue and transaction volume across the e- wallet ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Collaboration & Product Deployment
Work closely with Brand Teams to receive product information, commercial proposals, and sales plans.
Ensure product readiness including pricing setup, promotional mechanics, commercial terms, and sales availability.
Organize and execute the onboarding and deployment of branded products on existing platform channels (in- app, merchant network, partner channels).
2. Sales Execution on Existing Channels
Drive sales performance of branded products through the platform’s existing channels.
Monitor sales performance by brand and campaign, and propose optimization actions.
Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to implement sales campaigns, payment promotions, and demand generation programs.
3. Category Expansion & New Vertical Development
Research, propose, and execute expansion into non- FMCG categories such as home appliances, consumer electronics, and lifestyle products.
Develop go- to- market approaches, sales models, and commercial policies tailored to each category.
Build and manage partnerships with suppliers and category partners in new verticals.
4. Integrated Sales, Payment & Commercial Solutions
Ensure commercial solutions align with operational capability and compliance requirements.
Propose and implement suitable payment methods (e- wallet, QR payment, payment incentives, installment options if applicable) to improve conversion and revenue.
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to deploy integrated solutions covering sales, payment, promotions, and commercial terms.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track business performance including revenue, GMV, transaction volume, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and provide data- driven recommendations to optimize commercial models, sales execution, and payment solutions.
