Compliance Manager (Short-Term)

RSM Vietnam&039;s Client- The Company operates in the FMCG sector, specializing in manufacturing and trading. The Company is now looking for suitable candidate for the job position as Compliance Manager (Full- time: 06 months). The details of job description are as follows:
Responsibilities
In charge of compliance works that mainly relating to sales and operations of the Company and support business for successful engagement in the market
Conducting compliance training sessions for target departments
Assessing the business&039; future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
Timely and comprehensive investigations to support business handling non- compliance cases
Evaluating, developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies to improve them continuously COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Be responsible for all investigations in the field and at the factories across nation
Other tasks assigned by the Company
Strong relationships with stakeholders all levels in order to align/communicate efficiently to support business
Playing as a critical supporting role to the competent Head of Legal and Compliance Department in the compliance meetings
Periodical non- compliance reports to be delivered to Head of Legal and Compliance Department.

Job requirements
Business acumen partnered with dedication to legality
Bachelor in Audit and Assurance, and/or Bachelor in Laws
Willing and able to travel frequently for business (if required by the Company)
Teamwork skill, internal and external networking
Having a CPA or ACCA Certification or equivalent certification
Negotiation, Influencing & Leadership
Integrity, confidentiality and trustworthy
In- depth knowledge and experience in the field of auditing that is in connection with agreed- upon- procedures/forensic/non- compliance investigation purposes
Acceptable understanding of the corporate strategies and business
Brave, accountable, initiative, timing, accurate and mature
In- depth knowledge of FMCG&039;s standards and practice is advantageous
Well planned and organised
Having relevant professional practising certification is a huge plus
Capable of communicating across functions to provide advice and support business/ensure compliance
Business oriented and services- minded
Excellent knowledge of compliance management and risk control system, reporting procedures and record keeping
Proven experience in compliance work at manager- level position for at least 3- 5 years
