Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Consumer Market Insights Manager is responsible for leading market research efforts to gather and analyze data related to consumer behavior, market trends, and industry dynamics. This role involves synthesizing information to provide strategic insights that inform decision- making processes across the organization. The Consumer Market Insights Manager plays a key role in shaping marketing strategies, product development, and overall business direction.
* Market Research Strategy

Identify key research objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy aligned with organizational goals.

* Consumer Behavior Analysis

Analyze consumer behavior data to understand preferences, motivations, and purchasing patterns.
Provide insights into changing consumer sentiment and preferences.

* Competitive Intelligence

Monitor and analyze competitive landscapes to identify market trends and benchmark against industry standards.
Deliver regular updates on competitor activities and market dynamics.

* Cross- functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate consumer insights into business strategies.
Understand stakeholder information needs and deliver relevant insights.

* Data Collection and Analysis

Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports outlining key consumer insights, market trends, and actionable recommendations.

* Strategic Recommendations

Translate insights into actionable recommendations that guide marketing strategies, product development, and business initiatives.
Contribute to strategic decision- making processes based on data- driven insights.

* Technology Utilization

Leverage technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of market research activities.
Stay informed about advancements in market research technologies and methodologies.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge

Excellent command of English.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or a related field.

* Skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure.

* Experience

At least 3 years of work experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related role.
Proficiency in market research tools and data analytics software.
Experience in an ecommerce platform is highly desirable.
