We are seeking a creative Content Lead who has strong experience with digital business such as e- commerce, technology or any B2B solution and service. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a data- driven individual who can translate complex information into compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Conduct in- depth market research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Oversee content localization initiatives to support international market expansion.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to communicate accurately and inspiringly our B2B ecosystem of e- commerce, online exhibition and conference, CSR/ESG platform, etc… in all social and digital channels.
Content Creation & Optimization
Create engaging email marketing campaigns with high conversion rates.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to implement automated marketing workflows for content distribution and engagement
Take ownership of ideating and executing product launch and go- to- market campaigns.
Develop compelling product marketing content for new features and existing solutions.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on- brand content assets.
Cross- functional Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
Collaborate with Customer Service, Product and Business teams to understand customer pain points and translate complex B2B solutions into clear, engaging content
Create high- quality, informative, and engaging content across various formats, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
Team Management
Directly supervise and mentor one Senior Product & Marketing Content. Set content strategy, KPIs, and quality standards for all deliverables.
Qualifications
Understanding of UX writing principles
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proven experience in developing high- impact website content for platforms or digital businesses.
Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and marketing automation tools.
6+ years of experience in product marketing or content creation, preferably in a B2B or e- commerce environment. At least 2 years of team management experience.
Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and with a strong startup mentality.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
