Content Leader

· Other assigned tasked by the Line Manager
· Creative BIG IDEA – BIG CONCEPT
· Develop content strategy aligned with short- term and long- term marketing goals, create and publish engaging content for key accounts
· Create/Pitch/Present a wining proposal
· Collaborate with BD team and Design team to plan and develop social content, style, and layout
· Proofread and QC team outcomes
· Lead and inspire a team of content creators to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions; Allocate and assign tasks to team members
· Take part in recruiting team members, joining evaluation process and training sessions for content team
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital development, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process

· Self- motivation, flexibility and ability to adapt with new environment
· Social perfectiveness: Have finger on the pulse, so that the content is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react to it
· A Diploma or Degree in Creative/Mass Communications/Advertising/PR or related field.
· Proven experience of 03 years working in developing Content Strategic for Social network
· Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
· Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
· Fluent in English/Vietnamese
· Strong organization and research skills, detail- oriented
· Creativity: Ability to create original work and develop ideas around chosen themes
· Good writing skills: Proper tone, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar
