We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take a leading position in shaping high- impact concepts and messaging for various campaigns, driving the creative process from ideation to execution. He/She will report directly to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities
● Partner with Art Directors, account managers, and team members to align creative vision and execution.
● Develop innovative and creative concepts for integrated campaigns and marketing activities, including TVC- iTVC, KV, Innovation, Guerilla, Social, and Digital.
● Drive ideation, brainstorm, copy, creative & cultural insights, proposals and overall creative output.
● Ensure all content aligns with the brand&039;s personality and meets project specifications.
● Play a key role in client proposals, presentations, and pitches, articulating creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
● Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, emerging platforms, and competitive activity to maintain relevance and forward- thinking approaches.
● Guide, mentor, and collaborate with the copywriters.
● Oversee and contribute to copywriting and storytelling elements for each campaign, ensuring high standards from brief to final execution.
Requirements
● Proven production experience
● Capable and eager to handle tasks of any scale, from big- picture ideas to detailed execution
● Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, able to adapt tone and style based on audience and brand.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative writing projects and campaigns
● Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field
● Creative thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling skills
● From 2 years of experience, proven experience as copywriter in an agency environment
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
● Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
