The Corporate Communications Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of internal communications and employer branding activities, ensuring consistent messaging, effective collaboration across teams, and high- quality delivery aligned with the company’s communication strategy.This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, translating communication direction into structured plans, guiding officers, and ensuring communication initiatives are delivered with clarity, impact, and consistency.Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications Planning & Supervision
Translate internal communication strategy into monthly/quarterly execution plans.
Review and refine internal communication materials to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency.
Supervise and guide Corporate Communications Officers in content creation and delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of:
Engagement and CSR activities
Corporate updates and initiatives
Organizational changes and internal projects
Employer Branding – Lead Execution
Lead the execution of employer branding initiatives in line with approved strategy.
Coordinate with Recruitment teams on:
Recruitment marketing campaigns
Candidate- facing communication content
Oversee content quality across channels (internal and external).
Ensure employer branding content consistently reflects company culture, EVP, and brand guidelines.
Corporate Projects & Internal Events Communication
Own communication execution for corporate projects, including:
Engagement programs
CSR initiatives and internal events
Product launches
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication rollout.
Develop communication plans (before – during – after) for key initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Communication Support
Support the Corporate Communications Manager in preparing leadership communications:
Speeches, emails, and video scripts
Internal announcements
Act as a key communication partner for HR and functional teams.
Gather information from stakeholders and translate it into clear communication briefs and messages.
Channel Management, Measurement & Improvement
Oversee internal communication channels (intranet, employee app, newsletters, internal platforms).
Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics:
Reach, engagement, open rates
Continuously improve communication formats, processes, and workflows.
Prepare consolidated reports and insights for the Corporate Communications Manager.
Team Guidance & Process Improvement
Establish content workflows, timelines, and quality standards.
Guide and support junior team members in daily execution.
Contribute to the improvement of internal communication processes and best practices.
