Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership:
Set clear goals and track performance metrics to ensure success across all units.
Shape and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with ASIA Group business units goals in Vietnam.
Expand marketing channels and platforms to grow brand awareness, reach and customer acquisition for all business units of the ASIA Group in Vietnam.
Lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Deliver the projected and committed supply to all business units according to the monthly and annual business plans.
Standardize marketing processes for consistency and efficiency for all business units.
Bridge the gap between marketing and business units to ensure seamless strategy integration.
Performance Optimization:
Leverage cutting- edge technology and AI tools to optimize communication and coordination.
Develop data- driven strategies to boost marketing ROI and customer satisfaction.
Utilize analytics to refine campaigns, reduce acquisition costs, and drive customer retention.
Talent & Innovation:
Build and nurture a high- performing, innovative marketing team.
Drive continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends.
Budget Management:
Conduct budget reviews and analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic investments.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial control.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Report to the ASIA Group Leadership on a quarterly and Annual basis.
Work closely with the business units’ management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
